Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

   • Orders can be cancelled by customers before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at contact@msanss.com with your order details.
   • If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. MSANSS-Initiated Cancellation:

   • MSANSS reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, customers may be eligible for a return and refund under our Return Policy.

Eligibility for Return

• Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@msanss.com with your order number and reason for return.
   • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2. Ship the Product:

   • Pack the product securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
   • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Inspection and Refund:

   • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility.
   • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Customized products (e.g., personalized items)
  • Gift cards

Refunds for Promotions and Discounts

• Refunds for products purchased during promotions or using discount codes will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer.
• If a return reduces the order value below the promotion threshold, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.
